Job description

Llanhilleth Miners Institute is looking to strengthen its Board of Trustees and we currently have a number of exciting opportunities for people who would like to use their professional skills and experience to support an important community organisation.

We are particularly looking for trustees with expertise in:

• Events, Hospitality and Catering
• Legal
• Marketing and Communications
• Management Accounting and Finance
• Premises Management

As a Trustee, you will help shape the future direction of Llanhilleth Miners Institute, contribute to strategic decision making and provide guidance in your particular area of expertise.

Alongside attendance at Board and relevant committee meetings, trustees should expect to contribute approximately eight hours per month, on average, to preparation, advice and other trustee activity.

This is a great opportunity to use your knowledge and experience to make a meaningful contribution to an organisation that has been at the heart of the Llanhilleth community for generations.
