We are a 'people' and 'property' business offering quality affordable homes and services across South Wales for families and individuals to rent or buy.

For any organisation to be a success it must have positive and productive relationships with its 'people'. In recognition of this, we commissioned three independent surveys to hear the views of our customers, staff and stakeholders. We asked for their views on the services we provide and the results have helped us to understand the issues that they consider to be most important. We listened to their feedback and are incorporating the key findings into our plans and priorities for this year 2007/08.

We continue to develop innovative housing solutions for a wide range of customers, including families, individuals and people who have special requirements. For example, we contribute to Local Authority community regeneration programmes. We also provide supported, sheltered and extraCare accommodation to enable older people to live in their own homes and maintain their independence with dignity in a safe and secure environment. We are the only organisation in Wales to have achieved accreditation from the Centre for Sheltered Housing Studies (CSHS) for the high standard of service we provide within our extraCare housing.

Based in Wales' capital city we have positive and productive relationships with the Welsh Assembly Government and a number of Local Authorities. An Investor in People organisation, the Association's affairs are controlled by a Management Board, with strategy and policy being implemented by the Corporate Executive Team led by Chief Executive Robert Smith.
