Llanhilleth Institute has been sympathectically restored to a very high standard, highlighting its Grade II features, creating a fantastic corporate venue.

Ideally located along the A467 between Crumlin and Aberbeeg, approximately 20 minutes from both Junction 25A and Junction 28 of the M4, with free parking and with the added bonus of Llanhilleth Train Station soon to be opening directly opposite the Institute.

Llanhilleth Institute can cater for a variety of events from Conferences, Seminars and Product Launches with break-out rooms, to smaller more intimate meetings. 

The Dance Hall

Is the ideal choice for larger events:

Is the ideal choice for smaller events and has the option of being used as the full room or being split into two smaller rooms:

Hourly Rate
£16.50 per hour for the Whole Room
£12.50 per hour for each Half Rooms

Community/Charitable Organisations and Voluntary Groups may take advantage of special daily rates:
£100 for the Whole Room for a full day (8 Hours) - Hourly rate thereafter of £12.50 per hour
£60 for Half Room A for a full day - Hourly rate thereafter of £7.50 per hour
£40 for Half Room B for a full day - Hourly rate thereafter of £7.50 per hour

Café

Llanhilleth Institute houses a Café which will be available for use however refreshments can be provided upon request.

Our Team of dedicated Staff shall endeavour to meet your every need and included with the hire of the room is wireless Broadband access and the assistance of our in-house IT Technician.
